Employment Opportunities for highly motivated candidates to serve as Regional Outreach Directors (ROD),
Marketing Mission Specialists (MMS) and Valued Visitor Attendants (VVA), and multiple part-time positions
for consultants to serve as Regional Outreach Affiliates (ROA), Agency-Specific Experts (ASE), and Subject Matter Experts (SME). Interested parties are invited to send a cover

These are telecommuting positions. Therefore, successful candidates must have a dedicated quiet work space
at home that is equipped with a computer, high-speed Internet connection, and telephone. Training and software will be
provided to candidates who are otherwise qualified. Brief position descriptions are provided below:
FULL-TIME POSITIONS
Regional Outreach Directors:
Regional Outreach Directors are needed to help coordinate our Outreach Program and help identify
qualified Small Businesses that could benefit by using our services. Duties include, but are not limited
to, sustaining an ongoing Outreach Program within each region serviced by the U.S. Small Business
Administration (SBA), managing the activity of our Marketing Mission Specialists, and acting as a liaison between
the MyFedAccessSM Washington, DC, area, office and personnel at the Regional SBA District
Offices.
MyFedAccessSM mirrors the same regional delimitation of the United States and its
territories used by the SBA. (CLICK HERE to see the MyFedAccessSM/SBA
Regional Outreach Map shown in the left column.) Hence, some travel is required.
Successful candidates must have strong managerial, writing, oral communication, and motivational skills. A
thorough understanding of how Federal government contracting pertains to the constituents of the SBA is also
needed. Specifically, how it pertains to businesses that are designated as: 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, or HUBZone
Certified; Woman-, Service-Disabled Veteran- or Veteran-Owned; or, as an otherwise designated Small Business Enterprise.
Extensive training will be provided to candidates who are otherwise qualified. This is an excellent incentivized
position for goal-oriented individuals. The Compensation Package ($83K to $119K) includes a base

MyFedAccessSM provides Business-to-Government Marketing to Sales Services to qualified
Small Businesses, requiring face-to-face meetings with Federal government contract decision-makers
(i.e., Program/Project Managers, Contract Officers, and/or their Technical Representatives). Marketing Mission
Specialists are needed to implement the MyFedAccessSM Results-Oriented Marketing Approach on behalf
of our clients--qualified Small Businesses.

Approach). Duties include, but are not be limited to, helping to identify
new clients; and then giving pitch presentations, attending pre-proposal conferences, and making site visits at various
Federal government agencies by appointment and on an as-needed-basis to market the services of our clients. Successful
candidates will work closely with the Regional Outreach Directors; hence, some travel may be required.
Successful candidates must have a thorough understanding of Federal procurement practices; specifically, how they pertain
to qualified Small Businesses. Extensive training will be provided to candidates who are otherwise
qualified with strong writing, oral communication, and time management skills. This is an incentivized Client
Relationship/Stakeholder position with the potential to earn $44K to $72K, with base salary, commissions and
discretionary bonuses. Rapid promotion potential. Excellent position for self-starters with an

The MyFedAccessSM Web site is highly interactive, with embedded tools that invite visitors to engage
in "Live Chat" sessions or to "Click-to-Call" when they want to immediately communicate with a
MyFedAccessSM representative. The duties of a Valued Visitor Attendant include, but are not
limited to, monitoring activity on our Web site, greeting visitors online, and having the ability to answer any questions
that visitors might have about the services available through MyFedAccessSM. Hence, the Valued
Visitor Attendant is a Client Relationship/Stakeholder position that requires excellent writing and oral

PART-TIME POSITIONS
Regional Outreach Affiliates:
Regional Outreach Affiliates are needed within certain markets where a high volume of under-represented small

Duties include, but are not limited to, helping identify qualified Small Businesses that could benefit by
using the services available through MyFedAccessSM, giving pitch presentations to and on
behalf of under-represented firms, and acting as a liaison between the MyFedAccessSM
Washington, DC, area, office and our clients within the aforementioned markets. This is an excellent position for
goal-oriented individuals seeking to earn supplemental income. Successful candidates must have strong
time-management, writing, oral communication, and presentation skills. Extensive training will be provided to

MyFedAccessSM provides Business-to-Government Marketing to Sales Services to
qualified Small Businesses, requiring face-to-face meetings with contract decision-makers

specific agencies. Having a thorough understanding of Federal procurement practices, especially how they pertain to
qualified Small Businesses, is a plus. Other duties may be required on a To-Be-Determined basis, such as

management-consulting firms, with core competencies in Technical, Logistical, Analytical, Managerial, and/or
Administrative Support Services. Subject Matter Experts experienced in providing these disciplines to Federal
government agences are required to be available on an as-needed-basis to consult before a MyFedAccessSM
Marketing Mission Specialist gives a pitch presentation, attends a pre-proposal conference, and before making site
