This Marketing Package includes a guaranteed level-of-effort of at
least six (6) in-person marketing calls on decision-makers within the Federal government agencies that you wish to
have on your client list. (Recommended for marketing two to four Federal government
agencies.) NOTE: The guaranteed level-of-effort represents the minimum number of marketing calls
that will be made on your behalf, NOT the maximum number. Additional marketing calls are usually required. This
Marketing Package (nine weeks: 45 business days) only requires an investment of $1,500.00**, payable in
three scheduled payments (see below for details).

Prospective Customer Relationship Management
Other complementary services include, but are not limited to, making pitch presentations, attending pre-proposal
conferences, and making site visits. In addition to scheduling the initial six appointments, the relationships that
are established with Federal government contract decision-makers on behalf of your company will be maintained for 30
business days beyond the base period of the Marketing Agreement.

Imminent contract opportunities at the specified Federal government agencies will be tracked during the base and extended coverage periods of the Marketing Agreement. And, when appropriate, MyFedAccessSM will generate "Requirement/Search Letters" requesting to have a particular Scope of Work specifically set-aside for your qualified Small Business. You will receive verifiable reports detailing the Business-to-Government Marketing activity conducted on behalf of your firm. Easy Payment Plans, Based On Deliverables
and Performance
Total Investment is $1,500.00**: Services shall commence on the date
specified on the attested Marketing Agreement and payment of the $750.00 Activation Fee. The second scheduled
payment ($375.00) shall become payable on the due date specified on the Marketing Agreement. (If attested on
the 1st through the 15th of the month, it will become due on the 16th of the
following month. If attested on the 16th through the 31st of the month, it will become due on
the last day of the following month.) The third and final scheduled payment ($375.00) shall become payable at the
end of the base period--upon delivery of the final MyFedAccessSM Marketing Report.

All rates are fully loaded and burdened to include expenses relating to: Administrative support; travel;
Internet and telephonic connectivity; use of all the peripherals connected to the network; other office equipment such
as the facsimile and copy machines; supplies (such as paper, printer & copier ink/toner); gifts; and, etc.
